Kolieska na fitness korčule vyberte podľa veľkosti, tvrdosti a kvality (často ceny). Maximálna použiteľná veľkosť je často uvedená na ráme korčúľ. Tvrdosť koliesok ovplyvňuje rýchlosť, výdrž, priľnavosť a pohodlie. Tvrdosť sa značí najčastejšie číslom a písmenom A. Vyššie číslo značí tvrdšie kolieska a 85A tak budú tvrdšie kolieska než 78A. Špičkové kolieska výrobca Matter značí tvrdosť ako F0, F1.. Tvrdosť klesá od F0 a F0 je tvrdšia než F1, F2 a pod. Tvrdšie kolieska sú často rýchlejšie a trvanlivejšie. Mäkkšie zasa menej kĺžu a sú pohodlnejšie na hrubom povrchu.
